AMANDA Y. ZAK

Amanda Y. Zak, 32 of Ford City died Friday, September 16, 2011 at her residence.

She was born June 2, 1979 in E. Franklin Twp., Daughter of James Zak and Paulene Crissman.

Surviving are Her Father - James Zak of Rural Valley; Her Mother - Paulene Crissman of Kittanning; 3 Brothers - Kevin Zak of Rural Valley, Eric Zak of Kittanning and Anthony Zak of Rural Valley; and numerous Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.

She was preceded in death by Paternal Grandparents - Adam and Jean Zak and Maternal Grandfather - William Crissman.

All Services are being held privatley.
