Donald George Windows, 83 years old of Rural Valley, PA, died January 24, 2011 at Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh.

He was born in Cowanshannock Twp., PA, son of the late George and Jessie (Miller) Windows.

He was a 50 yr member of Masonic Lodge 244 and the Coudersport Consistory.

He was a retired Plumber at IUP and had over 40 years as a General contractor for Sears, Indiana

Surviving are his wife of 64 years, Lois Jean (Neal) Windows; 2 sons - Alan Windows of Rural Valley and Kevin Windows and wife Lori of Beyer; Sister - Gladys Peterson; 5 Grandchildren, 4 Great Grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by 2 sisters - Inez Johnson and Grace Erickson; 1 Brother - Peter Windows.

Friends will be received Thursday, January 26, 2012 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm & 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm at the Carson/Boyer Funeral Home, Inc, 724 Main St. Rural Valley, PA.

Services will be held at the Funeral Home on Friday at 11:00 AM.

Interment will follow in the Dayton Glade Run Presbyterian Cemetery.
