ILA MAE WILHELM

Ila Mae Wilhelm, 88, of Gastown Rd. Shelocta, PA, passed away Monday, February 15, 2010 in Communities at Indian Haven.

She was born November 26, 1921 in Creekside, PA, Daughter of the late John L. Frye and the late Daisy M. (Long) Fry.

She was a member of Elderton Fireman's Ladies Auxillary.

She worked at the Company store in Ernest, G.C. Murphys - Indiana, a Homemaker and was the former co-owner/operator of Wilhelms's Texaco - Elderton .

Surviving are Daughter, Luann Troutman and husband Ronald of Shelocta, PA, 2 Grandsons, Gregory L. Troutman of Ford City, PA and Ryan M. Troutman of Vandergrift, PA, 1 Brother - James W. Frye and wife Ellen of New Florence, PA and Several Nieces and Nephews, .

She was preceded in death by her husband, Irvin Ray Wilhelm, DOD 9/29/1986, her Parents 2 Brothers - Harland Richard Frye and Ray Frye.

Friends will be received 7-9 Thursday & 2-4 7-9 Friday at the at the Carson/Boyer Funeral Home, Inc, Rural Valley, PA.

Services will be held at Carson/Boyer Funeral Home, Inc, Saturday, February 20, 2010 at 11:00 AM with Rev. Vaughn Taylor officiating.

Interment will follow in the Harkleroad Cemetery, Rural Valley, PA 16249.
