Clarence "Roy" Wiggins, 91, of Kittanning, passed away on November 17, 2017 at Indian Haven.

He was born on November 5, 1926 to John and Mary (Clark) Wiggins in Shelocta, PA. Clarence was retired from Bell telephone of Indiana, where he worked for 44 years. Roy was a WW II Navy Veteran and member of the Indiana VFW.

Roy is survived by his wife of 33 years Norma (Shoop) Wiggins; son - Brad Wiggins of Indiana, PA; step-son - Charles (Anne) Shoop of New Castle; six step-daughters - Patti Noel of Kittanning, Terri (Larry) Francis of Cleona, Linda (Joe) Buffone of Kittanning, Janice (Joel) Young of Elderton, LeeAnn (Dennis) Lash of Moon, and Brenda (Chris) DeVivo of Kittanning; 23 grandchildren and 36 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; 2 brothers - Clark and Bill Wiggins; and 5 sisters - Frances Nichol, Margaret Wood, Carolyn Smith, Helen Wiggins, and Eleanor Bair.

Services will be held privately.
