David H. Wesner, 80, of Rural Valley, (Plumcreek Twp.) passed away on February 10, 2012 at the VNA Inpatient Hospice House, Butler, PA.

He was born on April 24, 1931 to Robert and Claudia (Reed) Wesner in Knox, PA. David was a steelworker for Wean United in Vandergrift. He was also an Army Veteran.

David is survived by his 2 daughters - Charlene McClure and Lisa Wesner, both of Kingman, AZ; nephew - Mike Wesner Sr. of Rural Valley, PA and numerous grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, 1 son - Jack Wesner and his wife, M. Jane (George) Wensel.

Private services were held at the convenience of the family.

Arrangements were handled by the Carson/Boyer Funeral Home, Inc., Rural Valley.
