Dorothy Y. "Doll" VanHorne, 91, of Nu Mine, passed away on March 27, 2018 at her residence.

She was born on October 23, 1926 to Wilton Arnold and Iva C. (Hilty) VanHorne in Nu Mine, PA. Dorothy worked 37 years as a Laborer for Federal Labs, Saltsburg. She was a member of the former NuMine Presbyterian Church.

Dorothy is survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; 5 sisters - Genevieve, Ida, Lena, Audrey, and Tirzah; and 3 brothers - Homer, Nelson, and Owen.

At her request, visitation and services were held Thursday with Rev. Craig Lindahl, officiating.

Burial took place in the Rural Valley Cemetery.
