Lorraine Uplinger, 81, of Rural Valley, passed away on February 17, 2019 at Grey's Colonial Acres.

She was born on September 2, 1937 to Elmer Curtis and Mary Lucille (Cogley) Uplinger in Kittanning. Lorraine worked for Boyer Potato Chips and enjoyed bowling at Greendale.

Lorraine is survived by her brother, Thomas Uplinger of Kittanning; brother-in-law, David Brink of Kittanning; sister-in-law, Doris Uplinger of Kittanning; niece, Debbie Huey of Elderton; and nephew, Kenneth Uplinger of Whitesburg.

She was preceded in death by her parents; lifetime companion, Harold Neil Boyer; brother - Richard Uplinger; and sister - Fern Brink.

Visitation will be held 1-3 pm on Tuesday February 19, 2019 from the Carson/Boyer Funeral Home, Inc., 724 W. Main St. Rural Valley, PA.

Funeral services will immediately follow at 3:00 PM with Pastor Todd Marino, officiating.

Burial will take place in the Pleasant Union Cemetery.
