Patricia Jean (Brinkley) Phillippi, 77 of Rural Valley, PA, died peacefully in her sleep Wednesday, November 30, 2011 in Good Samaritin Hospice at Concordia.

She was born January 21, 1934 in Brookville, Daughter of the late Ivan, Sr. and Margaret Brinkley.

She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

Surviving are 3 Sons - Donald Phillippi, Dana Phillippi and Michael Phillippi and wife Josie; Daughter - Diane Shope; Grandson - Dominic James Covolo; 3 Granddaughters, Valerie Kelly, Stormy Phillippi-Harrington and Samantha Phillippi; 3 Great-Grandsons - Brock Robert Shope, Ethan Oliver Phillippi and Elliott Flanner Covolo; 1 Sister - Ann (Brinkley) Dickey; 1 Brother - Ivan Brinkley; and Numerous Nieces and Nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Lee L. Phillippi of 60 years, Parents, 1 Daughter- Debra L. Covolo, 2 Brothers - Donald and Max Brinkley, 3 Sisters - Helen Brinkley Anderson, Ann Watson Ferguson and Evelyn Watson Samson and Step-Mother - Mayme Watson Brinkley.

Friends will be received 2-4 and 6-8, Saturday, December 3 at the Carson/Boyer Funeral Home, Inc, Rural Valley, PA.

Interment will follow in the Rural Valley Cemetery.
