LaRue Ann North, 63, of Kittanning, passed away on January 24, 2017 at her residence.

She was born on December 9, 1953 to Robert and Gladys (Rearick) North in Kittanning, PA. LaRue worked at the Progressive Workshop.

She was a member of St. Paul's Congregational Church, Rural Valley and also attended God's Choice in Kittanning. LaRue loved making pin wheels and potholders. She loved to crochet scarfs and loved to give. She also like dogs and baby's. LaRue liked to go the Senior Citizens Center in Kittanning and play Bingo..

LaRue is survived by her two brothers - Charles (Sherril) North of Ford Cliff and Ross A. (Bonnie) North of Indiana; two sisters - Nancy I. North of Big Run and Thyra (Irvin) Ruffin of Kittanning, PA; and 7 Nieces and Nephews and Numerous great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her Parents; and 2 brothers - R. Lee and W. Todd North.

Visitation will be held Friday, January 27, 2017, 6- 9 pm at Carson/Boyer Funeral Home, Inc, 724 W. Main St. Rural Valley, PA.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 28, 2017, 11:00 am at the St. Paul Congregational Church with Pastor Timothy Lewis, officiating.

Burial will take place in the St. Paul's Cemetery, Rural Valley.
