Harvey L. Neal, 76, of Smicksburg, passed away on February 28, 2012 at his residence.

He was born on August 19, 1935 to Harvey and Dorothy (Smith) Neal in Frostburg, PA. Harvey worked as a Laborer.

Harvey is survived by his 5 sisters - Barbara Shoop and husband Don of Home, PA, Patricia Horner of Punxsutawney, PA, Joanne Sherry and husband Reed of Rural Valley, PA, Shirley Vinton of WI and Mary -; 1 Brother - Warren Neal of Home, PA and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his Parents, His wife - Geneva R. Neal, whom passed away May 11, 2004, and 3 brothers - William, John and Ron Neal.
