NELLIE M. SNYDER

Nellie M. Snyder, 86 years old of Dayton, PA, died Wednesday, April 7, 2010 in Kittanning Care Center.

She was born June 7, 1923 in Merideth, PA Cowanshannock Twp., Daughter of the late James O. Cogley and the late Mary E. "Nellie" (Yates) Cogley.

She was a member of Woodmen of the World, Dayton Senior Citizens loved to accompany her minister for Bible studies and vistiation. Very active in work of Church Enjoyed gardening, cricheting and piecing quilts.

She worked as a Homemaker and Caregiver.

Surviving are 2 Sons, Larry P. Snyder of Creekside and Robert Snyder of Dayton, PA, Daughter, Donna Walls of Dayton, PA, Sister, Shirley Roush of NuMine, PA, 9 Grandchildren, 20 Great Grandchildren, .

She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Amos Christ Snyder and Parents, 1 Granddaughter - Paula Jo (Walls) Fleming 1 Sister - Betty McGaughey.

Friends will be received 2-4 and 7-9, Friday, April 9 at the at the Carson/Boyer Funeral Home, Inc, Rural Valley, PA.

Services will be held at Kittanning Church of Christ, at 11:00 AM with Mr. Larry Krause officiating.

Interment will follow in the St. Michael's Cemetery.
