DAVID R. MORSE

David R. Morse, 64, of North Port, FL formerly of Rural Valley, died Wednesday, July 21, 2010 in At his residence.

He was born April 27, 1946 in Auburn, New York, Son of the late Willard, Sr. and Edith (Clark) Morse.

He was a Life Member Rural Valley Fire Dept., Rural Valley Lions Club and Rural Valley United Methodist Church.

He worked as the Plant Manager for Agway Tartown Facility .

Surviving are his wife, Brenda Lee (Collins) Morse; Son - Christopher Morse and Companion Lana Kimbrough of Statesville, NC, 3 Daughters - Melinda Cathcart and husband Christopher of Strattonville, PA, Brenda Morse and husband Timothy Lee of Emlenton, PA and Patricia Boyer husband Brett of New Kensington, PA; 1 Step-Daughter - Jennifer Hampton of Dover, AK; 1 Step-Son - Chad Hampton of Eldrado, AK; 1 Brother - Rev. Willard Morse, Jr. and wife Carol of Grove City, PA; 9 Grandchildren Hunter, Taylour, Jacob, Brandon, Kathryn, Garrett, Landon, Shane and Alessa. Dave was also survived by many other family and friends that dearly loved him.

He was preceded in death by his first Wife- Lois E. Morse DOD May 11, 1995 and 2 Brothers- Paul and Richard Morse.

Friends will be received 2-4 and 7-9, Monday, July 26 at the Carson/Boyer Funeral Home, Inc, Rural Valley, PA.

Services will be held at Rural Valley Methodist Church, Tuesday, July 27, 2010 at 11:00 AM with Pastor Craig Lindahl officiating.

Interment will follow in the Rural Valley Cemetery, Rural Valley, PA 16249.
