Robert "Bob" Allen McIntire, 74, of Kittanning, (Wayne Twp.) passed away on August 21, 2018 at ACMH Hospital.

He was born on May 24, 1944 to Clyde R. and Gladys (Farster) McIntire in Kittanning, PA. Robert was a Laborer for Wayne Twp.

Robert is survived by his step-son - Charles L. "Boots" Cousins of Rural Valley; sister - Donna Kline of Dayton; nephew - Jerry McIntire of Kittanning, PA; three nieces - Karen Titus of Kittanning, Donna Mae Mowry of Penfield and Susan Pierro of OH; step-brother - Byron Bashline of Kittanning; and his beloved cat Spunkie, along with many outside cats.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife - Alothea Diane McIntire, who died Aug. 9, 2004; brothers - twin Richard Lee McIntire and Herbert R. McIntire; sister - Kathryn Love; nephews - Rick McIntire, Clyde Robert Kline and James Love; step-sister - Mary Kline; and step-mother - Helen Bashline McIntire.

Visitation will be held Thursday, August 23, 2018, 2 - 4 & 7 - 9 pm at Carson/Boyer Funeral Home, Inc, 724 W. Main St. Rural Valley, PA.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, 11:00 am at the Funeral Home with Sue Foster, officiating.

Burial will take place in the Croyle Cemetery.
