Jonathan Thomas McEntire, 25, of Rural Valley, passed away on May 4, 2017 at ACMH Hospital as a result of a automobile accident.

He was born on October 4, 1991 to Gerald T. McEntire and Bobbi (DeVaughn) Shuster in Kittanning, PA. Jonathan worked as a Specialized Press Operator for Penn United. On July 27, 2015 he married Crystal Perry.

He enjoyed hunting with his dad and brother and fishing with aunt Candy.

Jonathan is survived by his wife Crystal; Father - Gerald T. McEntire of NuMine; Mother - Bobbi (Bill) Shuster of Ford City; Brother - Beau McEntire of Ford City/NuMine; and maternal grandfather - Wayne DeVaughn of Rural Valley.

He was preceded in death by maternal grandmother, Edith DeVaughn and Paternal Grandparents - Alice and Gerald McEntire.

Visitation will be held Monday, May 8, 2017, 2-4 & 7-9 pm at Carson/Boyer Funeral Home, Inc, 724 W. Main St. Rural Valley, PA.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 9, 2017, 11:00 am at the Funeral Home with Mr. Herb Reefer, officiating.

Interment will be private.
