Al Lenzi, 66, of Templeton, passed away on December 29, 2016 at UPMC Montefiore, .

He was born on October 15, 1950 to James and Pauline (Foster) Lenzi in Kittanning, PA.

Al is survived by his sister - Karen (Ted) Claypool of Kittanning and Brother - Jock (Patricia) Lenzi of Homer City, PA; and Several Nieces and Nephews.

He was preceded in death by his Parents
