Adella H. Lazzeri, 90, of Rural Valley, passed away on February 3, 2018 at Heritage Meadows Personal Care Home.

She was born on September 4, 1927 to George and Catherine (Lejda) Honkus in Mayadel, PA. She was a member of St. Mary, Mother of God Church, Yatesboro. Adella was very active working in the kitchen, making ravioli and helping with the fish fry's.

Adella is survived by her son - William (Judy) Lazzeri of Yatesboro, PA; two granddaughters - Stephanie (Andrew) Chiapusio and Jennifer (Thomas) Cicchiani; three great-granddaughters - Stella and Corrina Cicchiani and Lydia Chiapusio; and a great-grandson - Dominic Chiapusio.

She was preceded in death by her Parents; husband - William Lazzeri, whom died April 16, 2012; 3 brothers - George, Edward, and Matt Honkus, 2 sisters - Stella Yanik and Frances Fazekas.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, February 6, 2018, 2 - 4 & 7 - 9 pm at Carson/Boyer Funeral Home, Inc. 724 W. Main St. Rural Valley, PA.

Funeral mass will be held 10:00 am on Wednesday at St. Mary, Mother of God R.C. Church - Yatesboro with Fr. Medil S. Aseo, officiating.

Burial will take place in the St. Mary's R.C. Cemetery, Yatesboro.
