JAMES R. KUHTA

James R. Kuhta, 75 of NuMine, PA, died Thursday, October 21, 2010 in ACMH Hospital.

He was born June 5, 1935 in NuMine, PA, Son of the late Stephen and Mary (Hirth) Kuhta.

He owned and operated Kuhta Contracting Co., Indiana.

Surviving are 2 Daughters, Shelley McAfoose and Shari Johnson, both of Latrobe, PA, Grandchildren, Cory, Terri, Jessica and Kristine, Great-Granddaughter, Mia, Sister, Marion Lucas and husband Robert of NuMine, PA, 2 Brothers, Steven Kuhta and wife Anne of Manassas, VA, and George Kuhta and wife Geary of Westminster, MD, Mother of his children, Yvonne , numerous nieces and nephews and His good Buddy, Robbie.

He was preceded in death by His Parents and 2 Brothers - Thomas and Edward Kuhta.

Friends will be received 12-2 and 6-8, Sunday, October 24 at the at the Carson/Boyer Funeral Home, Inc, Rural Valley, PA.

Services will be held at St. Mary R.C. Church, Yatesboro, Monday, October 25, 2010 at 10:00 AM with Rev. Daniel Blout officiating.

Interment will follow in the St. Mary's R.C. Cemetery, Yatesboro.
