Jesse Kovach, 86, of Rural Valley,(Cowanshannock Twp.) passed away on February 12, 2012 in ACMH Hospital.

He was born on February 7, 1926 to Steve and Lydia (Turoczy) Kovach in Gary, IN. Jesse was the Owner/Operator of Kovach Auto Sales. He was a US Army Veteran serving in the Korean War. He loved to spend time with his family, play poker on Tuesday nights and watch the Steelers play.

Jesse is survived by his 2 sons - Steve Kovach and Stanley Kovach. both of Rural Valley, PA; daughter - Stacey Passerini and husband Michael of Rural Valley, PA; 2 granddaughters - Jennifer Wheeler and husband Ryan of Creekside, PA, Taylor Passerini of Rural Valley; 2 grandsons - Scott Kovach and fiancée Leah Seyler of Rural Valley, PA, Vincent Passerini of Rural Valley, PA; Brother - William Kovach of Rural Valley; .

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Eileen I. Kovach, whom died 6/8/2005 and 1 Brother Julius Kovach.

Visitation will be held Tuesday February 14, 2012 from 2-4 and 7-9 at Carson/Boyer Funeral Home, Inc, 724 Main St. Rural Valley, PA.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 15, 2012, 11:00 am at the Carson/Boyer Funeral Home, Inc, Rural Valley, PA, with the Rev. Craig Lindahl officiating.

Burial will take place in the Harkleroad Cemetery with full military honors by the Armstrong Co. Honor Guard.
