ZACHARY JOHN HUDAK

Zachary John Hudak, 38, of Rural Valley, passed away of natural causes on December 30, 2018 at his residence.

He was born on March 5, 1980 to John and Jennie (Sadeski) Hudak in Kittanning. Zachary worked as a Land Surveyor for the family business - Applegate Services of Elderton. He was also a standup Comedian, hosting numerous benefits for our veterans and breast cancer awareness.

He was of Catholic Faith. Zach loved going to the family camp in Belltown and being the master of ceremonies at the regatta. He was a guest on the Tom Shillue show on Fox News Radio. He also was a frequent caller, known as Zach from Pittsburgh. Zach was a power lifter and held the world record from the World Power Lifting Congress, junior division for bench pressing 600.7 lbs. on June 8, 2003. Zach liked smoking cigars, but most of all he loved his family and helping others. He loved and respected the United States and our Flag.

Zachary is survived by his parents of Rural Valley; sister - Katie (Cory) Fulmer of Indiana; adored nephew - Max; two aunts - Karen Palangio of New Alexandria and Betty Tomsho of West Hazelton, PA; two uncles - Stan (Debbie) Sadeski of Ford City and John (Alison) Sadeski of Niceville, FL; and numerous cousins.

He was preceded in death by paternal grandparents - John and Helen Hudak and his maternal grandparents - Stanley and Cecilia Sadeski.

Visitation will be held Thursday, January 3, 2019, 2 - 4 & 6 - 8 pm at Carson/Boyer Funeral Home, Inc, 724 W. Main St. Rural Valley, PA.

Funeral mass will be held on Friday, January 4, 2019, 10:00 am at the St. Mary, Mother of God Church - Yatesboro with Fr. Douglas Dorula, officiating.

Burial will take place in the St. Mary R.C. Cemetery - Yatesboro.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Zach's name to the Wounded Warriors Project, 301 Grant St., Ste. 900, Pittsburgh, PA 15219.
