MARY LOUISE HAWKINS

Mary Louise Hawkins, 81 years old of Kittanning, PA, died Sunday, February 7. 2010 in Armstrong County Health Center.

She was born May 18, 1928 in Cowanshannock Twp., Daughter of the late Howard E. Cogley and late Della Mae Geiger.

She worked for Armstrong County for 20 years with Armsdale Manor and the Armstrong County Health Center.

Surviving are her beloved companion of 38 years, Jerry Stroup; one son, Kerry Lane Kawkins and wife Jeannie of Kittaning; 3 Daughters, Sherry Lee Hawkins of Kittanning, Shelley Lynn Bonomolo of Yatesboro, Lorrie Kay Martin and Husband Steve of Kittaning; one sister, LaVerne Boyle Husband Adam of Cowansville; 5 Grandchildren, Eric, Kerry Shane, Heather, Josie and Jessie.

She was preceded in death by her husband and Parents - Daughter - Pamela Jean, 1965; one Grandson - Christopher; 3 Brothers - Laird, Ivan and Merle Cogley; Sister - Marie Hawkins.

Friends will be received at the Carson/Boyer Funeral Home, Rural Valley, PA.

Services will be held at Carson/Boyer Funeral Home on Tuesday, February 9, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. John Milliron officiating.

Internment will follow in the St. Paul Church Cemetery, Rural Valley.
