REBECCA (RUMBAUGH) GOOD

Rebecca (Rumbaugh) Good, 90 of Dayton, PA, died Monday, September 12, 2011 at Good Samaritan Hospice.

She was born May 23, 1921 in Wayne Twp. Armstrong Co., Daughter of the late Clair and Mary Pearl (Stuchell) Rumbaugh.

She was a member of Women's Missionary Guild - Dayton, attended Dayton Schools and graduated from Dayton High School in 1939. She was a member of the Dayton First Church of God.

She was an owner/operator of Shaklee business since 1977. She loved working on her computer writing newsletters for Shaklee. She had a green thumb, especially when it came to growing orchids. She enjoyed every moment that she had to spend time with her family and friends.

Surviving are her Son - Donald E. (Marilyn) Good of Dayton, PA; 4 Daughters - Mrs. Scott (Mary) Rose of Pittsford, NY, Mrs. Michael (Louise) Bury of Sarver, PA, Mrs. James (Jane) Horan and Delores Pratkanis, both of Butler, PA; 3 Brothers - Herbert Rumbaugh of Kittanning, PA, James Rumbaugh of Polk, PA and Paul Rumbaugh of Cascade, MD; 10 Grandchildren, 8 Great Grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her Parents, Husband - Oran Good 11/15/1997, 1 Sister - Marie Burroughs and 2 Brothers - Raymond C. and Donald E. Rumbaugh.

Friends will be received 2-4 and 7-9, Wednesday, September 14 at the Carson/Boyer Funeral Home, Inc, 724 Main St. Rural Valley, PA.

Services will be held at Carson/Boyer Funeral Home, Inc, Thursday, September 15, 2011 at 11:00 AM with Rev. Nelson Confer and Pastor Kenny Spidler officiating.

Interment will follow in the Lawn Haven Burial Estates, Worthington, PA 16262.
