Chester John "Skeets" Fisher, Jr., 68, of Rural Valley, passed away on February 28, 2018 at the VNA Inpatient Hospice - Butler.

He was born on April 10, 1949 to Chester John Fisher, Sr. in Portland, ME. Chester was a Self-Employed Finish Carpenter for many people in the Rural Valley and surrounding areas. Chester was a lifelong resident of Rural Valley.

He liked hunting and fishing.

Chester is survived by his four brothers - Frederick Fisher of Coopersburg, PA, Robert (Sherri) Fisher of Rural Valley, Raymond (Gloria) Fisher of Indiana, and Burton (Christine) Fisher of Quakertown, PA; two sisters - Susan (Larry) Smith of Worthington and Kim Ann (Friend Allen) Barnett of Templeton; two uncles - Eugene (Martha) Fisher of Kittanning and Robert (Barbara) Fisher of Big Lake, AK; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and an aunt - Arlene Sunderlin.

Private services will be held. Burial will take place in Rural Valley Cemetery.
