DAVID RICHARD FEBINGER

David Richard Febinger, 53 of Spring Church, S. Bend Twp. died Friday, November 26, 2010 at the Indiana Regional Medical Center.

He was born September 26, 1957 in Kittanning, PA, Son of William Febinger, Jr. and the late Grace (Kiffer) Febinger.

He was an Avid Hunter, Trapper and a Great Steeler Fan.

He worked as a Well Tender for North East Energy - Indiana, PA .

Surviving are his wife, Karen (Aljoe) Febinger, whom he married July 7, 1990; 1 Son, Waylon Strange of Burnside, PA; His Father - William Febinger, Jr. of Kittanning, PA; Brother, William C. Febinger III of Croydon, PA, 2 Sisters - Mary Ann Vincent and husband Dave of Barkhamsted, CT, and Cindy Geidel and husband Alan of Kittanning, PA; 3 Grandchildren, Shalynn, Ashton and Brayden; Mother-in-Law, Katherine Watterson, Sister-in-Law, Bonnie Aljoe and Brother-in-Law, William Aljoe.

He was preceded in death by His Mother - Grace (Kiffer) Febinger DOD 5/7/2009 2 Sister-in-laws - Diane Dooley and Marge Corby Father in Law - James Watterson.

Friends will be received 5-9, Monday, November 29 at the at the Carson/Boyer Funeral Home, Inc, Rural Valley, PA.

Services will be held at Pleasant Union Lutheran Church, Tuesday, November 30, 2010 at 11:00 AM with Mr. Ralph Kilgore officiating. Visitation will be held an hour prior to services.

Interment will follow in the Pleasant Union Cemetery.
