Darl Eugene Elgin, 86, of Indiana, passed away on June 14, 2017 at his residence.

He was born on January 5, 1931 to Wilmont and Pansy (Boyer) Elgin in Olean, NY. Darl owned/operated Darl Elgin Body Shop. He was a member of Graystone Evangelical Presbyterian Church in Indiana.

Darl was a Korean War veteran serving in the Army.

Darl is survived by his wife Joyce (Wolff) Elgin, whom he married August 2, 1957; two daughters - Deborah Grube of Indiana and Patricia (Dennis) McCracken of Homer City; son - James Elgin of Indiana; grandson - Tyler (Gina) Grube; two granddaughters - Kayla Grube and Christine McCracken; Brother - Thomas (Barbara) Elgin; and sister - Donna Mae (Clair, Jr.) Ruffner.

He was preceded in death by his Parents; and sister - Lois Jean Cessna.

Visitation will be held Monday, June 19, 2017, 2 - 4 & 7 - 9 pm at Lefdahl Funeral Home, 898 Old State Route 119 N. Indiana PA 15701

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at the Funeral Home with Rev. Bill Milligan, officiating.

Burial will take place in the Greenwood Cemetery.
