Donald "Charlie" Dinger, 54, of Smicksburg, passed away on April 13, 2019 unexpectedly while fishing on Hicks Run in Elk County.

He was born on November 21, 1964 to Willard C. and Mary Louise (Wood) Dinger in Roaring Spring, PA. Charlie was a self-employed Livestock Dealer. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his Dog and Best friend Daisy, who went everywhere with him.

Donald is survived by his daughter, Danyale Dinger of Ford Cliff; son, Donald C. Dinger of Altoona; sister, Donna Foose of Plumville; and a nephew, Tyler Foose of Plumville.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation will be held Thursday, April 18, 2019, 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm at Old Mahoning Baptist Church, 5225 Mahoning Rd, Home, PA 15747.

Funeral services will immediately follow at 7 PM with Rev. Micah McMillen, officiating.

Interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to the Old Mahoning Baptist Church.
