Kathryn "Ki" Avi, 82, of Yatesboro, passed away on January 29, 2012 in ACMH Hospital.

She was born on October 13, 1929 in Clymer to the late Michael and Rose (Krizmanich) Super.

She Graduated from Clymer High School in 1947. Her hobbies included Bowling, flower gardening, cooking and baking, playing cards, fantastic artist, loved watching all sports, bird watching, sewing and crocheting. She was a member of the Altar Rosary Society.

Kathryn is survived by 2 sons - John (Gail) Avi of Little Rock, AK, Joseph (Monica) Avi of Kittanning, PA; 3 daughters - Fiorentina (John) Williams of Yatesboro, PA, Kathryn (Tom) Ward of N. Braddock, PA and Corinna (Robert) Helm of Kittanning, PA; Grandchildren - Jessica (Avi) Stockham, Jonni Avi, Samantha, Michaela and Ian Williams, Justin and Zachary Avi, Kylia, Thomas, Joseph and Matthew Ward, Benjamin Helm; great-granddaughter - Annabelle Mae Stockham; great-grandson - Alexander Avi; 7 Brothers - Steve (Betty) Super of Pend, IN, Lewis Super of Indiana, PA, John (Twila) Super of Midlothian, VA, Joey (JoAnne) Super of Somerset, PA, Michael (Dorthy) Super of Girard, PA, Anthony (Susan) Super of Clymer, PA and Francis (Colleen) Super of Clymer, PA; 4 Sisters - Agnes Fentar of Virginia, Barbara (Harry) Ramsey of Emporium, PA, Mary Ann (Edmund) Gniewek of Clymer, PA and Helen (Richard) Howels of Fredricksburgh, VA; and 58 Nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Joseph "Sonny" Avi, 1 Brother - Pete Super, 3 Sisters - Rose Coccia, Veronika Novalies and Dolly Skutsky.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, February 01, 2012 6:00 - 8:00 & Thursday, February 02, 2012 2:00 - 4:00 & 7:00 - 9:00 at Carson/Boyer Funeral Home, Inc, 724 Main St. Rural Valley, PA.

Funeral mass will be held on Friday, February 3, 2012, 10:00 AM at the St. Mary R.C. Church, Yatesboro with Fr. Daniel Blout, officiating. Everyone is asked to please meet at Church.

Burial will take place in the St. Mary's R.C. Cemetery, Yatesboro.
